You don’t even need to worry about bringing your campervan back to us – we can come to you with our dedicated team of engineers and remedy issues on your driveway *see exclusions & limitations

In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, we have streamlined the claims process to be as hassle-free as possible. Simply reach out to our dedicated service & support team, and they will guide you through the necessary steps to get your campervan back on the road swiftly.
What Does the Warranty Include?
Our comprehensive 3-year campervan warranty provides extensive coverage to safeguard your investment. The first year of your warranty will include our team of field engineers coming to you to rectify the fault *see exclusions & limitations
The final 2nd and 3rd year we expect the vehicle to be returned to the main production facility to remedy any fault. The warranty includes protection for essential components within your conversion listed below. This means you can explore the great outdoors with confidence, knowing that you have reliable support should any unexpected issues arise.
- Any mechanical work carried out as part of the conversion process
- Installed electrical components
- Gloss paint packs, two tones, and full-body re-sprays.
- Paintwork damage caused by outside influence or accidental damage is not covered
- Fridge
- Hob/sink
- Microwave (where fitted)
- Electrical system, including the fuse box and electronic battery charger
- Power management system
- Smart charging system (where fitted)
- Diesel heater
- Seating & Bed
- Interior fixtures and fittings, including lights, hinges, and push locks
- Gas safety components
- Electrical components
- Water system components
- Roof shell, including struts
- Elevating bed, including struts
- Swivel seat mechanism (where fitted)

Exclusions and Limitations
While our warranty offers comprehensive protection for the conversion, it’s essential to understand its limitations. Routine maintenance, wear and tear, and damage caused by neglect or accidents are not covered. However, rest assured, we’re here to assist you in maintaining your campervan to ensure it remains in optimal condition throughout its lifetime.

We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 24hours. If we can’t resolve the fault remotely without the need for a technician booking, we will then organise (in the first 12months of purchase) for an engineer to fix and remedy your issue without your vehicle needing to be returned to the main factory. This will be achieved with either one of our mobile technicians coming to you, finding one of our local authorised repairers close to your location, or with (at your discretion) you returning the vehicle to us for the fix. For the 2nd and 3rd year of your conversion warranty, we would kindly expect the vehicle to be returned to the factory to be rectified after initial assessment with our service team.
We also have certain limitations depending on where you are within the UK. Scotland and Wales for example may require a local repairer involvement to rectify your issue faster than using our mobile technicians.
